Hello again! I decided to make another meditation, with this one focusing on anxiety and how to calm down. Anxiety is something I've seriously struggled with for much of my life, and I know how hard it can be to get out of your own head. Having such personal experiences with this, I really wanted to make something that could make a difference in the experiences of others. Staying level headed and balanced is a daily challenge that obviously fluctuates with whatever is going on, but it can be helpful to use whatever tools made available to you to your advantage.
