A Guided Meditation For Relieving Anxiety From Me

Hello again! I decided to make another meditation, with this one focusing on anxiety and how to calm down. Anxiety is something I've seriously struggled with for much of my life, and I know how hard it can be to get out of your own head. Having such personal experiences with this, I really wanted to make something that could make a difference in the experiences of others. Staying level headed and balanced is a daily challenge that obviously fluctuates with whatever is going on, but it can be helpful to use whatever tools made available to you to your advantage.
I'm definitely gonna be making some more of these, so let me know which ones you'd like to see next or give me feedback on this one if you liked it!

So what mental health services are available to anyone suffering from mental illness?
ReplyDeleteIt might be that you need to spend some time in hospital to get over a particularly difficult episode of mental illness or where it is considered appropriate but this decision is not taken lightly.
