The holidays are almost here and this typically means that we’ll be buying presents for our loved ones. Now, I am a big advocate of buying practical gifts that will actually be of use. That’s why I made this gift guide in the first place! Why buy something they won’t use or like?
If you’re on the lookout for some meaningful and useful gifts that your health-minded friend will love (or just wanna check some presents out for yourself), read on!
The first item on my list is this liter water bottle!
!I had been looking for one forever, and the one from Purifyou is really what I was searching for. I wanted one made out of glass that also had silicone (for safety purposes); I had owned a plastic liter water bottle before but it was very prone to bacterial growth (even BPA-free plastic can be).

Next, I've decided to include the Fitbit Charge 2. I just got mine a couple weeks ago and absolutely love it! I'm not really one for things like this but all that it offered was pretty irresistible; if you or someone you know is looking for a great heart-rate monitor, step counter, and watch with text/call alerts then this is the one! Being that I work on the computer quite a bit, the reminders to move make all the difference for me! I would get so engrossed in what I was doing that I forgot to get up- the Charge 2 changed that.
This next product, organic and natural deodorant, would make an awesome stocking stuffer! We buy nice things for those we love, so why not go the extra degree to get them a deodorant free of aluminum and harsh ingredients? You've definitely got to find your favorite brands once you switch over so this one in particular is definitely an option- a cheaper one too.
Up next is this mini foam roller! Whether you work out often or just use one for massage, this mini foam roller really works well for those who might have a trip coming up. My sister loves her normal sized one, so I decided to have one shipped before our upcoming trip to Colorado.
The next and last idea I really loved was this dry shampoo! Let's be honest. If you're working out constantly, there's no way your hair isn't getting a little bit sweaty or oily.
What sets this product apart from others is that its in a powdered form; that's good because typical aerosols are bad for both the environment and your hair! Have you bought all of your gifts already?

Love this post! I am not going to lie, I am not much of a workout kind of person (*shamefully looks away*) BUT these gifts are really useful for everyone. I haven't heard of the deodorant and dry shampoo brands either, which I LOVE (always great to discover new brands!). Would love to see any other shopping guides you have x
