New Guided Guided Meditation For Letting Go From Me

With it being fall and the time to let go of the past, I felt it appropriate to create a new meditation all about releasing the past. This meditation in particular goes with a new challenge I'm going to be releasing in a couple days, so get excited! The challenge also has to do with letting go, and will feature a giveaway from an amazing shop!
